如何查找科技报告?

目前，我馆没有购买专门的科技报告数据库，网上有一些科技报告的免费站点可参考使用：

NASA Technical Reports Server (NTRS)：提供有关航空航天方面的科技报告，可以检索并浏览，部分有全文。

NASA Scientific and Technical Information Program：提供有关航空航天方面丰富的科技报告全文。

FedWorld：可免费检索美国政府科技报告（NTIS）的文摘题录，全文需订购。

the Library's new EECS technical reports archive：提供电机工程及计算机科学博硕学位论文及技术文献，如技术报告等，提供全文。

The Congressional Research Service Reports：这是Committee for the National Institute for the Environment的站点，提供了许多环境方面的报告全文。

NBER Working Paper：这是美国国家经济研究局(National Bureau of Economic Research)的研究报告文摘。

Documents & Reports of the WorldBank Group：世界银行组织的文件与报告库，可以免费看全文。http://www.worldbank.org/

Russian Prospects－Political and Economic Scenarios：俄罗斯当前政治经济状况与发展趋势的研究报告，由Copenhagen Institute for Futures Studies免费提供。
